I heard the mods were working on the page refreshing, but holy shit the site is literally unusable right now. I'll sort comments by top, read for two seconds, and then immediately be taken back the "hot" tab. Is there some option I need to turn off that I'm just not seeing?
I'm thrilled that the site is growing, but the increase in activity also seems to be making the post/comment jumping problem worse.
Exactly. I couldn't even upvote your post without the page freaking out
it keeps jumping around whenever I try to look at anything, hella overstimulating. Disabling javascript didn't help either. Like if it could just... maintain a static sort order when you load a given page that would be ideal? why would you want things to move around on the page while you're looking at it?
Yeah today more than any day the site seems to be kinda broken, keeps warping me around pages or moving the posts and sorting comments isn't working much at all.
Yeah, it seems to still happen. The "top" section on the comments will still be pressed, but the page will have jumped to a random point and have comments organized by what seems to be "hot" or "new".
