Setting up a crypto wallet takes a ton of proof of ID in the places I've used. Its a lot harder than getting your moms credit card. I dont think its plausible that a minor could set up a binance account at all. Idk I really think the crypto bros aren't children.

Should there be legal consequences for bitcoin advertising? Like I dont even think a homeless dude would experience consequences for taking part in an add campaign for crypto.

Yeah in patient care my experience is you can never retaliate against a patient. Just document it and report it to administrators on your EMR system. Depending on what happened/if it happens again they might decide to discharge the patient.

You gotta tell them why you got fired in interviews and you better make it sound like you're sorry/acknowledge it as a mistake. If you don't you will never get hired again. If you don't tell them, they will call your old place and find out anyways.

From this point on I'm gonna assume that you're not sounding sorry about the incident in your interviews, if this is not the case, my bad.

Here is the mentality you need to take to get past this. You can never be aggressive towards a patient in your care. Patients are extremely vulnerable to the people caring for them and there's a massive power imbalance that is easy to abuse. Trust between patients and hospital staff cannot be broken. Employers might understand you losing your temper once, but if you're acting like you got screwed over by your old job in the interview that will be a deal breaker 100% of the time. You will always have to deal with mean patients in this field and the people interviewing you will think you're gonna do it again and worry that you might escalate from verbal abuse to physical abuse. There are plenty of horror stories about nurses doing evil shit to patients they don't like.

The biggest requirement in this field/most fields is being easy to get along with. If you had a messy exit from your past job/your old coworkers didn't like you then you better sound extra sorry in the interview. I know it sucks having to apologize for this but it really is your only option if you want to continue in this field. I guess if you really don't want to, you can just not put your last job in your resume.

There's no definitive "correct" answer but this is what I think are the best exercises.

Deadlifts for weight training exercises. If you're not super into the idea of lifting and want to keep it simple, start here. Engages almost the entire body and is especially taxing on glutes, hamstrings and upper back. Very taxing on your nervous system. If you only want to do one exercise, this is the one to do. You will see rapid changes to your body if you start learning to deadlift. Its okay to start with basically nothing on the bar, but once you get your feet under you, you might be surprised at how fast the weight you can lift increases. Form is important for safety and you'll need to watch videos on how to properly do them. I'd recommend Alan Thrall. It's not as dangerous as some people make it sound.

Rowing for cardio. Rowing machines are in most gyms, usually the ERG brand. Will leave you breathless and has minimal impact on your joints. Destroys your legs and has very good engagement for back and core. Again technique takes time to learn but don't be intimidated by that.

Another thing to consider if you're interested in weight loss is try to limit how much fructose is in your diet. Fructose is a sugar type found in fruits that became widespread as a sweetener in foods in the 70s. Its most common form is high fructose corn syrup. Your body does not process fructose the same the way it does most other carbohydrates. Like ethanol (alcohol) it can only be processed by your liver. Excessive consumption can lead to various health problems and also, excess fructose is converted to fat at a much higher rate than other carbohydrates There is a ton of fructose in pretty much any product with artificial sweetening, including stuff like regular grocery store bread.

This is an hour and a half long college lecture on fructose if you're interested in a more detailed explanation. It's hard to tell someone interested in weight loss to "just diet", but this lecture really does put into perspective what type of food can be harmful to your body, as well as why its harmful.

The first 2 seasons the CIA are the bad guys doing sketchy shit, the last 2 seasons the KGB are. There's no serious anticommunist messaging but some people here lose their shit if they see a negative portrayal of the Soviet Union.

  • Three most common options.

    1. Believe the person that accused first
    2. Believe the person that presents more femininely
    3. Believe the person with more social clout

But seriously if you aren't really friends with these people you should do your best to ignore it and stay out of it. There's no way to really know the truth and in the case of accusations done over social media there are a ton of social reasons for either party to lie. I've found that plenty of people love attention, power and the ability to punish people they don't like. If you take part in a court of public opinion with relative strangers you will find yourself participating in mob justice.

If this is a toxic community that demands you participate, then you can just wait for a majority of them to make a decision on who they believe and then just go along with the group

  • It's a children's book, The main character is a child, it makes sense to me that the flawed characters in the story are spoiled children. It's less of a "torture children for fun" and more of a "their flaws brought their own demise upon them". Its supposed to teach the reader (child) those same basic moral lessons. If I remember the story correctly I thought all of the children ended up okay. They had a bad experience but came out okay.

Its not about punishing people unfairly. Thats how kids learn things in generally. Thats how people learn in general. As a kid, you fuck up and end up facing the consequences of said fuck up, hopefully learning that your behavior before was wrong/stupid and shouldn't be done again. Everyone learns through experience, and without proper guidance you will often learn the hard way.
