Haven’t played Disco, but as a counterpoint I’ll say Sekiro is also fantastic. It’s very intense so I guess pick it if you want a sweaty palms action game and pick Disco if you don’t.

As far as length Sekiro is like 30-50 hours depending on how long bosses take you and how much side stuff you do.

Yeah I played some DS2 years ago and while I found it fun the combat definitely wasn’t as addictive as Sekiro. I’ll miss the speed and mobility when I get into the proper Souls titles.

Sadly I was spoiled on the ape’s deal, but even knowing about it he’s still crazy tough. I love the boss fights in general, they’re perfectly balanced where they’re hard but they never seem impossible.

I haven’t played much of the Souls series but I’m playing Sekiro right now. It’s damn good. Will pick up more fromsoft games if I ever get passed the guardian ape.

I once did a play through where I tried to close all of them. I think you can do like 50 of them. I ended up doing 30 or so and just giving up because they were so repetitive. By the end I was just running through them as fast as possible
