I'm going to play devil's advocate here and be way too charitable, is there a chance that she's saying that she never advocated for burning trans research books? That they need to do check their source for HER views, where she's actually a very reasonable and respectable Nazi who would never advocate for burning books?

Notice how J KKK Rowling changes "trans people were victims of the Nazis" (indisputable historical fact) to "trans people were the first victims of the Nazis" (probably not true, easier to portray as and absurd claim and a possibility to derail the discussion with pointles arguing over who counts as "the first" victims)

Yes I think she got baited into denying an element of Nazi Germany, still funny though

I don't think so. To me it reads very clearly that she thinks the "trans healthcare" part of the Nazi book-burning is what is preposterous. Pretty sure she's one of those transphobes that believes trans people are some kind of modern woke plot that hadn't yet been invented back in the 1930s. Obviously she would also deny upholding Nazi ideology, but she wouldn't use that kind of terminology. What she is calling a "fever dream" is referring to the historical fact of Nazis specifically burning research on trans healthcare, I'd bet my meager life savings on it.
