      Stereotypically, feminine and masculine body types differ in the shoulder to hip ratio. Mascs will generally have comparatively broader shoulders whereas femmes will have wider hips.

      A lot of this comes down to your body structures, and you can't change too much through workouts alone; however, you're better off focusing on leg, thigh, and butt workouts if you want to emphasize femininity. You'll also want to stop doing workouts that would grow your shoulder muscles significantly.

      You could also search for calisthenic workouts. Many of them are coached by women and target specific body parts. You can find one who has a body type you like and work on those exercises.
