I've had it once and I'm terrified to get it again. While it didn't really do too terribly much for me, it did shoot my heartrate into the sky for 24 hours. I couldn't bring my heart rate under 100 no matter what I did. Had to go to the ER and have them take a look at me. Since I have a ton of health anxiety revolving around my heart, it was a terrifying experience.
One instance you will probably be fine. I am really concerned I caught covid though 😅
