If I have two vials of estradiol and one is kind of low is it fine to pour it into the other vial?

there would be, the vials are sterilized and have self-healing holes on top where you put the needle in, so opening the vial will break the sterility. you would have to re-sterilize if you did this.

Once you open the lid and expose it to open air it's no longer sterile.
I've used a needle to suck up the last bit of one vial and squeeze it into another. It might not be the best practice but I was low on meds and it turned out fine.
I don't think it's worth it. Like at most you get one extra injection worth but you have to risk contaminating an entire vial.
