Ok I'm quitting Spiro. I have to sleep I can't take this anymore. I am so exhausted it's hard to describe. I feel like a zombie. I hope this actually fixes my insomnia because if it doesn't I am a bit at a loss
You might be able to convince your doctor to give you cypro instead

Okay but it's also used for testicular cancer, I'm surprised they're so resistant to it being off lable when spiro is ALSO off lable for hrt

Not approved by the FDA so docs can't prescribe it. I do know for a fact my doc recommends it to people who have issues with spiro, bica, or mono e but says they can't legally prescribe. However if someone were to "acquire some" they could recommend doses
Its my understanding that spiro has the biggest effect on killing boners so its probably best for most trans women
Wait really? Is that for random erections or all of them?
Also yeah in canada my doctor started me off on spironolactone but then switched me to cypro when I complained about it making me dizzy so I it was something like that where they start off spiro but can switch if it doesn’t work out
