      Shaving has made me realize how many stretch marks I really have and I'm not a fan tbh.

        I am, stretchmarks on women are cute idgaf power-genius

        I also noticed today though, all the stretch marks I have from weight gain are faded or gone. YMMV obviously, but I think this is related to the skin-rejuvination magic of estrogen.

        E: I have never really understood the cultural hate around stretch marks. If it's an unpleasant reminder of like weight gain/loss that's understandable, but I've never ever had a problem with em on partners. It's like scars, or vericose veins, anything of the sort. Just little marks of being human Idk.

          E honestly just sounds magic, the other day someone said it helped with ache scars and my god does that sound incredible.

          I have never really understood the cultural hate around stretch marks.

          The ones on my back are what I hate most, just because of how visible they are. The ones on like my thighs are a lot lighter but my thighs are so close to being perfect with 'em cri come on body please give me something.

            Oh sheesh, on your back? You must be young... I had stretch marks on my back, scoliosis/sternum related troubles, gone now also fwiw. Does it matter if they're visible, though? Spoiler alert: your thighs are also perfect with stretch marks!!!

            Scars is a dicier subject but yea... Y'know...

              hmm? I'm tall. I guess I haven't checked back there super recently. I mean they look kinda bad ohnoes not a lot I can do though so shrug-outta-hecks

              Glad your scoliosis/sternum are gone though, that sounds really bad/scary but I don't know much about that.

                Back stretch marks is a growth spurt thing when I've seen em!! In a few years they might be gone, so try not to stress too much. Plus stretch marks do not actually look bad.

                Eh it's just my spine being slightly curved and weird and my ribcage being all messed up vivian-shrug so they grew weird compared to how my skin expected, I guess. It's bad and scary in that my corpse seems to be coming apart but it's just a thing in life, I keep moving along and stuff!
