To me it really seems like hormones. Just looking at pictures of people in various stages of transition and like... idk hormones and being on them a long time seems like the biggest change I can recognize.
I think that certainly does or can? play a part. It's been a while since estrogen made a groundbreaking change for me but it seems like it's working really well I guess.
