It'll probably be easier to keep up with tracking stuff if it's on your phone.
Also it depends on the symptoms but you may want to take note multiple times a day.
This is what I have, not that promising. I don’t know how to analyze data on excel and it’s a lot.
Uhh good luck. I track far fewer things and mostly just take notes.
I might have to stick to journaling. Maybe add more information and pay more attention to dates or something.
