wonder what performative action they'll take for Daunte Wright? :thonk:

They'll send the police to crack down on BLM. They no longer need the popular protests to drum up support for their candidate.

There is a democrat in the White House now, not a dang Cheeto. Things are therefore by definition fine. Anyone who protests the current state of affairs from the left must be an anarchist/criminal/thug/baddie.

More radical groups last I heard. I think there's only a couple atm, but they broke off because they were upset at leadership cozying up to the dems.

BLM here was unofficially run my a group of petite bourgeois landlords/small business owners who threw another group under the bus for planning on building an autonomous zone in a parking garage near city hall.

Yeah, AZ's are kinda dumb, but having one there would have been a huge boon to the overall protests. The police were especially brutal (even to the petite bourg that were doing everything they could to appease them, like handing over kids who threw stuff). So having that space would have given it a lot more energy. Would have also prevented the police from sabotaging the medic station and destroying medicine and water supplies.

It's like the liberals that have a "hate has no place here" and a BLM sign outside their home but they're apart of the local HOA and make sure black people don't move in :agony:

Yep, these people were insufferable. So bad even the local DSA spoke out against them lol

purge the libs you need to call them out and humiliate them when they do lib shit in the streets. Libs are naturally spineless by virtue of their politics so they can be easily bullied.

This is what happened, the most active BLM leader here now is a PSL member that the libs tried to have arrested.

kneeling during the anthem to protest police violence, 2016: thats disrespectful!

kneeling during the remembrance of man murdered by kneeling, 2020: thats the highest form of solidarity!

That's what I think. Just a bunch of black gov SUVs driving around with a lil pine tree air freshener dangling in the back.

Lin Manuel Miranda will write a 1 act musical rap about the killing, and Nancy Pelosi will star as daunte's mother and it will be about how sad the killing is without placing any blame on the cops. Then Biden will talk about how important and deeply sad it is and nothing will get done.

Could only imagine the brainworm stew libs got kicking around upstairs to see this and not think it wildly cynical and nihilistic. They really do care, see!

My favorite part of Bill Hicks is how effectively the establishment keeps his jokes fresh for us: https://youtu.be/pJSZcxXe7IQ?t=5
