Everytime I see someone with that as a bumper sticker, I want to add one that says "Except from Vietnamese rice farmers."

    “Except from Vietnamese rice farmers.”

Not to go off at you specifically comrade, but I find it sus how often people feel compelled to draw a connection between rice and Asian people.

Like I have never seen someone dunking on the Nazis for getting owned by "Russian potato farmers" or the British for losing to "Afghan wheat farmers".

I know in this context it's not meant to be offensive, but just a fucking weird tendency.

the pavn was(is) a modern mechanised force and reducing them to funny rice farmers with cone hats and ak47s really does a disservice to them

I feel like 99% of people are referring to the NLF with the farmers meme (and about half of them don't know that the PAVN existed and was a separate force).

No, I get you. It's mostly a reference in how I've seen it referred here and elsewhere, but you're absolutely right.

Hadn't it been for the public pressure of the international anti war movement, these colors would have stayed until Vietnam would have been a lifeless desert.

That motto sounds like a great way to lose the regimental symbols tbh.

If you can’t get your colors to run properly it is most likely due to a faulty installation of whatever country you are attempting to run them in.
