Docs like these is a strange type of nihilism imo. On the face of it, they want to ruthlessly criticize all that exists, just as Marx wanted, which is not a bad thing. In practice, they target not only their own, but all the rest of the world, while ignoring the Empire. All for what? Some sort of pathological desire to have all the right opinions about everything which, considering that no state is or has been blameless and pure, is a fruitless exercise that makes you politically paralyzed ("everyone's bad") yet oh so morally superior.
Marx wanted questioning, but he frequently tried to remind people to stay in the realm of economics lest they get swept up into reaction and racism/nationalism. Also, the actions of a state are different than the revolutionary character of it or the revolutionary character of the proletarians subjugated by that state.
