Any normie asking about Dogecoin is very possibly someone who hates their job and/or feels a lot of economic precariousness. It's a reflection of America's love of get rich quick schemes which are themselves manifestations of the working class' desire for economic liberation but complete inability to imagine it outside of the constraints of capitalism.
