i went to college in a small town without many options for fast food. One of the gas stations had a baby Little Caesar's in it. I LIVED for Crazy Breadstick Tuesday, when I could get some cheap crazy bread and a GIANT fountain coke with vanilla syrup. So. Good.

Worst pizza I ever had was from the local pizza place that was supposedly worth the extra 10 dollars for a large pie

It was soaked in olive oil and didn't have any herbs in the sauce as far as I could tell

Like eating a super expensive Lunchable

    Ave, true to Little Caesars

counterpoint: provided you're a disgusting petite bourgeoisie that can afford 12 dollars for 2 pizzas instead of 10 dollars for 2 pizzas, dominos literally exists :shrug-outta-hecks:

but that means that for the price of four domino pizzas, i can get a fifth pizza for just one more dollarydoo at lil cesare borgias fine italian pie palazzo

thats a whole pizza! for a single extra dollarino!

      :shocked-pikachu:

Little Caesars is better than Domino's or Papa John's. I'd prefer LC by a long mile even if it was more expensive.

In the bargain pizza arena it really has been Dominoes and nothing else in second place for a number of years now.

i do and it's only kind of true. The shredded mozzarella adds up. Everything else is pretty cheap once you invest in it -- ie a bag of flour yeast etc.

Plus safety guidelines suggest you pitch an open bag of mozarella after a week. I-

That is one of the highest calorie intakes for the smallest amount of money possible. What's not to like?

I used to have LC's as my go-to, but at some point the store near me changed their recipe and got way worse. Maybe a lot of stores are still good but the last time I had it turned me off pretty hard.

    Non New Jerseylike typing detected

Only the absolute worst local places around here are worse than chain pizza. Even dirty-ass boardwalk pizza is better than LC.

    Nice obscure struggle sesh, OP.

      dirty-ass boardwalk pizza

Thanks, i'm seriously hungry for a slice of greasy boardwalk pizza with unidentifiable toppings now.

I've never had most pizza brands. I've had Apache and I've been to Pizza Hut once, that's it. Local Italians and pizzerias are always much better and less greasy

Jets Pizza is real fuckin good. Detroit style. Probably the best chain, kind of a smaller chain, limited geography. Their thin crust is also bomb.

It's way different, hard to compare.

Actually the best pizzeria is on Croatia. If anyone is ever in Pula, go to Pizzeria Jupiter. Best pizzas in the world
