Always ironic when stuff like this comes from conservatives. Their whole ideology revolves around hierarchy, power structures, conformity, security through authority etc.
This doesn’t challenge the social hierarchy bit though, it actually reinforces it.
‘You don’t want to swim in pee like those other people do you?’ Is the message, and calling everyone else pee-swimmers and bad people keeps anyone who has reservations in line.
