      You could even point to people "doing it right," a deeply and profoundly flawed assumption, in a rich, white suburb with children and some white collar job. Even selecting among them those who are Democrats. I wonder how many of them aren't down for Palestinian genocide because it's disgusting or even just because it's expensive. Even if that is the American people to you and you only imagine yourself in a town hall in a country club with them, they'd still be looking at you sideways I bet.
