I recommend a movie called Tribulation 99 by Craig Baldwin. Made up from pure archive footage of all sorts, it's a satire of right wing conspiracy movies, going through all of the various crimes committed by the CIA in South America, and attributing them to insane alien theories and mind control devices. For example, the assassination of Orlando Letellier is described as a spontaneous combustion event.
