Men shouldn't know anything about the female body and vice versa. That is how God intended it.

My hands shaking, sweat dripping down my nose as I'm doubling over, barely able to speak to my wife. I collect myself just long enough to say: "Our son knows girls get stomach aches"

Can’t believe a young boy might understand a biological process that happens to women and how they deal with it. Absolutely disgusting.

Really wish the world would just grow up about periods. Very tired of hearing a woman saying she feels unwell and seeing if there's anything i can do and accidentally causing a lot of social discomfort because you can't admit to having a uterus in front of a man. For clarification, I know that women aren't being immature here, but are used to men being immature about it. I'm just sick of it.

I like having some time to myself in my Leviticus style period tent in the backyard. Unfortunately, my cycle lines up fairly closely with my partner’s, so it’s only a day or two in private, then we’re both in the period tent in the backyard

I do the fast food thing. I would love sometimes to be able to use the whole menstruating woman can't prepare food for a man thing to get some time off...

Conservatives: "Studying gender is madeup bullshit, this isn't worth the ink to print it."

Also conservatives: "Studies in gender are unscientific. We need more studies."

How dare people learn about how other people's bodies work and how they deal with their day to day life. Might lead to empathy and understanding and other such horrible things.

Why are Americans (and to a lesser extent the entire anglosphere) like this? It can't just be Calvinist prudery, Switzerland is like the ur-calvinist state and like most of Europe it's fucking chill about this.
