Yeah I met a black guy once and all he cared about was gangsta rap and bling bling, he was real I swear
The fun thing about capitalism is that if everyone works very hard and saves everything they make it triggers a deflationary crisis and we have to immediately encourage people to start spending again to save the economy.
We should all responsibly spend all our time buying and selling each other meaningless metaphors for companies we don't care about
Why would you buy <wrong thing> you dumbass? Don’t you know you should buy <right thing> instead?
Yeah probably. No love for the idiot in the image (who is most likely lying) but also do not under any circumstances buy an $1,100 belt. But if you must, do not wear it to your shitty restaurant job every day.
I'd go for the rad belt over the car repair if given the choice
I'm planning to buy a serpentine belt and wear it myself until the car needs it.
im gonna buy a new timing chain and hang a big cross on my neck with it until my valve train starts acting up
Have you considered someone might need a working car for their job
no never crossed my mind
the if given a choice part of my comment just sort of slipped in there and i have no idea what that means either
what even is a car
fuckin what is even goin on
The best capitalists are the ones that live in cardboard boxes and wear no belts.
The revolution shall succeed as all the capitalist's trousers fall down
A young BLACK guy. Just wanted to point out he was of AFRICAN ANCESTRY. A man of DARK PIGMENTATION. What? No I'm not implying anything.
And lol at him apparently saving every single paycheck and only coming up with one stack.
I just figured he wanted to buy a 1 whole car with ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS. Or better yet, a college education..
To be fair, this dork probably didn't know any amounts until the belt got bought and either the other guy mentioned it or this dork looked it up.
If this story is even real.
I wonder why the fictional guy in his anecdote was black.
:thinking-about-it:
Even in a fictional tale they manage to make themselves look stupid. Why say 1 thousand dollars, just say he saved up 10000 and bought himself 10 gucci belts. Dumbass.
When I visited China in 2008, Middle school age kids were working at my girlfriend's parent's restaurant. The restaurant provided them with a dorm room where they slept on bunk beds. They were paid very little but they saved up to buy iphones at the same prices as other countries. Kids, poor or otherwise want to save up to buy nice things in other countries too
This story is bullshit
Also these are the same people that used to discuss how China is on the verge of collapse because there's a culture of saving money and not spending enough
One thing I've learned from reading the news the last few decades is that China is always on the verge of collapse for any reason whatsoever.
