    You see sweetie, disabled is a slur. The correct term is differently abled which means they are still abled and that society should demand exactly the same from them as from able-bodied persons.

    Everything else is ableism.

        Disabled is the correct word. It can refer to a broad spectrum of things both apparent and invisible, whereas handicapped implies a specific type of disability.

        Differently abled, handicapable, etc. are infantalizing and insulting
