You know, if I were a PR guy and got reports from medical staff of, I dunno, mass rapes, tranquilizers being used, etc. I would NOT fire out this report immediately via my state's media. I'd hurriedly find respected professionals from countries that have absolutely no reason to pull punches or be nice to mine, get them visas and whatever else is required, and get them access to the medical reports, victim testimony, etc. and have THEM release the information then refer to it in my future PR announcements.

Methoextamine, it hasn't been in circulation for like a decade though as I think virtually the entire supply came out of China and they cracked down on those distributors.
