    Lmao at the NPR version of this story: Bipartisan Senate Negotiators Say They Reach A Deal On Infrastructure After Hiccups

    Only mentions the 3.5 trillion dollar deal as an afterthought. Oh, and there's this juicy tidbit: "Portman said the bill is paid for, including using funds from combating fraud in unemployment assistance programs."

    What the fuck does that mean? They're going to use the money they get by taking people's unemployment back?
