Holy shit, this is good news, yes? I've read the comments seeing what might go happen forward, and can't help but feel hopeful. I know nothing good will eventually come of this, but I want to hold in to at least a little hope :soviet-heart:

Bittersweet considering the only consequence for Amazon is being given a second chance to cheat more discreetly, whereas they'll throw a prole in jail for five years if they cast one vote in the wrong precinct. Nonetheless, it is an opportunity for the workers.

Anybody know what this means going forward?

Basically, the NLRB hearing officer found that Amazon violated labor law and will report to the Regional Director to recommend a new election.

I'll have to keep my eyes/ears opened from my shit libby news sources, maybe the organizers will be able to get some more traction with this "do-over".

Yeah, This is weird. Looks like nullifying the results but I dunno if it means a forced do-over OR if the workers are left with the choice to call another vote.

My guess is that it’s the latter.

Sounds like it will be a forced do-over but maybe I'm being optimistic

If Bolivia has shown us anything in the last two years, it's that the second election around seems to turn out the best
