MCU is literally liberal propaganda. No doubt in my mind now that CIA etc. agents are involved in some capacity.

They always do, I remember a mission impossible movie with an anarchist villain whos goal is to poison all of asia's water supply.... for reasons. The bad guys are never right wing ideologues though, thats too close to home.

To me it was well established that you need to push certain beliefs to get US military equipment for movies. It wouldn't even need to be CIA, it's some army propagandist formally working with... you know... Disney

I had almost blissfully forgotten that one line: "You need to do better, senator" And now I'm sitting here, cringing again and being unable to fathom how I spend my entire teenage years adoring the MCU for good story telling. Growing up was such a bliss, now I at least know how much shitty media I've consumed over the years :back-to-me-shining: great video!

The department of defense is openly involved in a bunch of movies. They allow Hollywood use of military equipment in exchange for control over the script. Scrolling through sources shows that Iron Man 1 and 2, and Captain America The Winter Soldier were involved with the DoD, as well as hundreds of other films

I guess they also didn't like the bit where the shadowy SHIELD bosses attempt to nuke New York

They obviously have been from the jump. As they (and the other arms of the military industrial complex) are deeply involved in most if not all Hollywood blockbusters.

Specifically Afghanistan. It’s not even a made-up country with a vague ethnic or regional relation like Sokovia or Wakanda.

But his suit is designed to only target enemy combatants with pinpoint precision. Iron Man would never kill a civilian.

If the military vets and funds films with them in it you can bet the CIA do it with stuff like this (haven't seen F&WS but there's CIA in other MCU films)
