i saw a video the other day talking about these exact stats, that were trotted out by the daily mail or something a couple of years ago as "90% of children born in parts of the uk have a foreign parent", which a) who cares and b) actually turned out to be more like 81% rounded up, in 3 of 30 london boroughs and nowhere else, and c) most of those were eastern europeans from within the eu (who are still scary to terf islanders, but not the extra-scary middle easterners theyre implying here)

Most PoC in the UK were born there, and most foreign born people in the UK are either from Europe or former settler colonies (Australia, South Africa, Zimbabwe, etc.). There's about as many people born in Poland and Ireland there combined, as there are people from the entire Indian Subcontinent. It's similar to those Daily Mail headlines talking about how "White British are a MINORITY in 200% of LONDON boroughs" and they leave out that like 25% of the population there identifies as "White Irish" or "White Other"
a lot of it is white EU migrants, like Polish people, but London is basically majority immigrant outside of very select areas like Richmond
