Hey folks! Long time no see! How is it going? Did you achieve your goals this week? Did you miss any? What are you aiming for next week?
I somehow managed to finally lose a kilo and a half, and I am not sure what I did right, but feels good and I look more curvy somehow. Also I think this time I will manage to get my front splits before the end of the year. I feel like Ive been making tons of progress. And thanks to some help and advice from comrades here at that!

I am going to walk for at least 30 minutes every day this week. Hold me to that, pls.
Pulled my hamstring two weeks ago and haven't been able to work out since. I'm dying. All I want is to pump some damn iron but I gotta keep rehabbing this fucker
just got back from the gym after not working out for a few months due to the pandemic and personal problems. really hope my mental health and the pandemic allow me to stick to it this time around.
squat fucking sucked but after that everything else was pretty good, including my bench which is generally omega-garbage. looking forward to my next training session on wednesday and hoping that the gym helps me get past a plateau on my cut.Maybe increase the calories? Or if you can reduce the activity. I usually use 2600 as my maintenance goal.
have you tried just eating calorie dense stuff instead of increasing what you already eating? that'd help quite a bit, especially if you're already good on your macros or don't care about them
Last trip to the gym, my program had me at 55 lbs for bench and to end with as many as possible, so I did 50. That was saturday, and I still feel it.
Feels good tho, so after work I’m going back.
