Edit: I looked it up and the office from start to finish runs just over 3 days. If you had a TV that you never turned off and let it play over and over, just hitting continue and starting it over as it ended, it would still take you over 4 years straight of doing that to watch it 500 times. And the series has only been finished for 8 years

Ive never really understood this take. If psychology is bullshit than does that make therapy bullshit as well? Psychiatry too? They're both reliant on the field of psychology.
Yeah, for the most part both of those fields are useless. The average therapist is literally worse than nothing.
The average therapist will tell you "I dunno, have you tried not thinking about it" in response to basically everything. All my friends are fucked up and the majority have seen several, and not a single one has told me they helped in any way. Most of them I'm fact we're counterproductive. If the average outcome to trying to use something is negative, that thing isn't ready. That thing is useless in it's current state. That thing needs more work.
