The guy was flagged by PosadaBot, which basically warns the broadcaster and community about potential chuds by checking if new followers have been banned from a number of other leftist streams. You can't see their messages in the VOD because they are automatically removed when the streamer bans someone.

The difference is this commenter clearly knows some what the CIA is. Most people just coast through life with what they're taught in high school (nothing) and never actually think about it further, but will stop having those beliefs if interrogated a slight bit. Most people in real life don't hold on to their chauvinism that hard.
