Would unequivocally be the best thing he's ever done
And of course, it comes at the cost of 4 people
Edit:
Anyone who has ever had to work with touchscreen tech constantly could tell you this
Red tape regulations for things like 'safety' just slows the Musk down; he doesn't keep factories safe, he don't give a fuck about astronauts
Muh aesthetics

But because we live in hellworld, this first launch will go fine, and it'll take until like launch 98 or whatever to have something catastrophic happen
Imagine if it failed for the simple reason that they never bothered to check if the space suit gloves didn't work with touchscreens
or there is urine and feces on the screen, or if the screen glitches for no reason, or if the craft is shaking violently and it's hard to press/drag/pinch/gesture exactly where you wanted to...
It reminds me of video games where you can wear flashy armor that gives almost no protection. Are these people just thinking, "Fuck it. I don't need a parachute, I don't need life support, I don't need to have any control over the mission. I'm just here to look cool and have fun and if it crashes, that's just it."?
