I want to make a word filter that replaces the word "tankie" with "spooky scary skeleton".

Found some good fodder over on r/spookyscaryskeletonjerk:

Why do spooky scary skeletons hate art?

So this is a question I was thinking about last night over some posts that have cropped up here over the last few days.

The spooky scary skeleton utopia that they hope to achieve post-skeleton-war is very much, to the rest of us, a stark, ruthlessly utilitarian dystopia where one can be a great many things: an agent of the bone, or get fucked.

And the fetishisation of specific occupations (all of which are obviously practical, efficient, and cold. Dentist, skeleton army soldier...that’s about it) is something I’ve seen before but not really thought about until looking at the posts in question.

Why is it that bonedry types only value these purely utilitarian jobs. Is there no place for anything more eclectic in their world? Do they think no one would want anything more? That the very existence of culture is a symptom of an ailing society not blessed with undeath? Is true undeath not the perfect opportunity to free ourselves from our shackles and pursue what truly makes us happy and, in turn, probably create some pretty sick shit?

I don’t know, so I thought I’d posit the question because I’m very curious and other people tend to know more than me.
