I don't think it is, antiwork is more just people complaining about modern work from a leftist perspective, I'm pretty sure the "reason" chapo got banned was a lot of :john-brown: posting and similar "calls to violence". Could be wrong tho
Chapo was banned because it had a high profile and made Reddit look bad. The "minecraft slave owners" thing was just an excuse, like the feds busting Al Capone for tax evasion. The target was on the sub's back a long time before that for being too loud, interfering with other subs, the association with the Cumtown subreddit (which also had a lot of "issues" for the reddit staff), and the Atlantic Council cracking down on the fun.
Antiwork has a much longer history as a subreddit and the culture is more typically "reddit" whereas the old CTH subreddit was something special, not quite like the rest of the site.
I doubt it, but I can see it on a similar trajectory of getting bigger and then diluting further and liberalizing more. As it stands though I skim through threads there and see lots of people with anarchist and communist flags.
They would ban it if they could find a reason, but there is none. It is (was) explicitly leftist when I joined it around 10k subs, but it´s not about explicit violence, talk about revolution or historical events. It´s about how shitty the workplace and the economic system is. It´s a very pro-union rather then pro eat the rich kind of deal. With the subs leadership being anarchist I have some hope that it goes more towards IWW type of union advocacy instead of a lib one.

But the last I remember, the sub makes it explicitly clear it's not anti-labor in the rules/description area
