It's kind of funny to see people make fun of liberals for their performative bs but they will lap it up when a radlib does it. "He/She is one of the good ones :so-true: "

About 80% of the "AOC good?" shit has been like this.

AOC is just okay. She'll do some bad shit and she'll do some good shit but she's basically the best we got in US politics right now, so I don't see the point in constantly attacking her.

Lol. I would have liked to see you come out and defend her when she literally proposed attacking China and Cuba. Also "constantly attacking her"? My dude, she's a pos imperialist but I guess it doesn't matter to you or to the dozen socdems in here

People here usualy "attack" her on the bad or performative shit she does or the stuff she could do but doesnt. If you think that's "constantly" then thats a sad reality regarding her

Sure, good until next week when she talks about how the US needs to support the people of Taiwan or some other shitty foreign policy stance.

if i nutted every time a socdem "joined a picket line" i would die from uhhh cum...defieciency ?

Either way, hardly matters even in in countries as behind as the US in these stuff. The actual on the ground conditions, needs of the working class and labour shennanigans even in the absence of a well organize left are going downhill rapidly enough that not only is she a single bleh socdem doing half entryism in a useless and increasingly hated administration but she and her use for the left is falling behind the curve and trailing where the working class can be right now and there is no catching up for her. even is she increases the stunts to twice a week

AOC gets critical support for being loud and influential as one of the furthest left wing national-level politicians. Critical support. The implementation of that criticism is a living process. You don't have to keep switching between good and bad on a hourly basis.

She's always been bad, people are just in cyclical denial about it and seize on the occasional good action to justify their perspective. Same with the other succdems.

Can she propose bills as a representative? Wouldn't that be a better use of her time? She's good at pr and that would do more for the conversation, at least in my opinion.

My thinking is that if she makes or introduces new legislation, that could shift the conversation towards things other members of congress could do or support. I could be wrong.

I just mean using the momentum to stoke public interest in a pro-worker bill might have it grow in popularity like m4a. I'm not saying what she's doing is bad, just unsure about what she can do to the best of her abilities as a representative

She simply is. Maybe the best in DC maybe not basically either way irrelevant to any material change.
