Being serious here though, communists should own it. "Yes." should be the response. It is a great opportunity to normalise communism as just something rather nice. Liberals will want to make it into an absurd joke, that it couldn't possibly be true, we shouldn't let them do that as they imply that Communism ISN'T all the things that are in Sesame Street when they do it.
I, for one, encourage Chuds and Cons to continue repeating that good or necessary things are communism, actually. Most likely will have a negative side-effect like with Bernie's "Socialism is when government does stuff" but will at least ward off stigma and get more people interested.

Only then will a truly complete democracy become possible and be realized, a democracy without any exceptions whatever. And only then will democracy begin to wither away, owing to the simple fact that, freed from capitalist slavery, from the untold horrors, savagery, absurdities, and infamies of capitalist exploitation, people will gradually become accustomed to observing the elementary rules of social intercourse that have been known for centuries and repeated for thousands of years in all copy-book maxims. They will become accustomed to observing them without force, without coercion, without subordination, without the special apparatus for coercion called the state.

It's so weird that during my lifetime we reached the point where a significant number of people turned against teaching kids to share and to have good teamwork.
I'm old enough to remember Jerry Falwell going on a rant against The Gay Teletubby. And Newt Gingrich's crusade to defund PBS, because it was run by leftists. And the age-old conspiracy theories about everything from Disney to D&D being a Satanic Plot to End Christianity.
