My favorite memory was how they got inside and then had literally no plan. Proof that the right has no theory.

They just transformed into lost tourists who suddenly had too much patriotic respect for the institution to do anything. Hogs filing down the hallways looking at the decor was great. Otherwise the only things they could think to do is host an impromptu prayer and shit on a desk.

Yes. The cops spread their arms for a few seconds to prevent people from trespassing. Then one guy managed to just walk by, the cops gave up and just open the barricade for them to rush in.

And for some reason liberals keep calling it an “assault” on law enforcement. Like buddy, you seriously think the law was on your side? Lmao. They literally let them in

Enjoyed seeing the hot dog stand overcharging the rioters for food and drinks, one year after the BLM protests were giving people water for free.

Hell the protest against my genocidal congressman yesterday had someone giving out free slices of pizza

Our side just loves giving out free food, like it's part of our ideology or something thinkin-lenin

To be fair I would definitely be overcharging these bozos regardless of what my ideology is. The hogs demand hogs

Before they stormed the capitol, they went into a building that was under construction. It was covered by a large tarp and the police had flooded the area with tear gas. I remember this beautiful moment when I saw a bunch of antivaxxers coughing their lungs up, some with audible COVID rattles, marching into a circus tent filled with tear gas. It was the point where I started laughing at everything they did.

I loved seeing the politicians doing their thing inside the capitol building completely oblivious to the army of hogs that was seconds away from battering down the doors.

They trained their entire lives for this... in their heads. Probably should have gotten off the couch a couple times irl too.

it is very important that for the last three years and maybe the next three we continue to relitigate whether this was a crime or a super duper deluxe crime with guac and pickled onions

It took them 3 years to get the instigator to even appear in court lol. 3 fucking years. In a sane country he would’ve been brought to an open courtyard and blindfolded 2 hours after the event

nah, right wing "coup attempts" are not dangerous to capital, so there's no need to do anything much to the perpetrators. you can make an example of them, but it's optional. see also hitler's slap on the wrist for attempting to take over bavaria.

My favourite was the dumbasses on the donald debating if they should break into Pelosi's office, saying how it's a sacred place, before some other chuds did it anyway and stole her laptop.

I made the mistake of checking in on 4chan when it was happening. They mostly seemed to believe it was a false flag even though people were planning it, on 4chan, for months in full view of everyone.

The others were hoping the white house wouldn't get burned down or anything. They kept saying like "that's what leftists would do" except also using more slurs

I really loved it when they livestreamed themselves committing crimes without even bothering to cover up their faces. Even posing for pictures too via-getty chefs-kiss

My favorite moment was when the congresspeople realized what was going on and started to evacuate. But then one of the interns decided to take the ballot box with them that affirmed the president. Articles and liberals were getting teary eyed at such a noble passion for guarding democracy… even though it was literally just a box of paper that could’ve been redone any moment afterwards because it was just congresspeople ‘voting’. They acted like those scraps could’ve been stolen by the boaters and manipulated into giving Trump the presidency when it was just a ceremonial formality lol

Actually no. My favorite moment was when Trump was already long gone and realizing that it was over for him, put out a message urging patriots to be non-violent and go home. He called them special and thanked them for protecting freedom. Literally called them special like children lmao

The climbing the wall thing was funny, yeah. The funniest part to me is how the feds caught that one organizer hiding in an Olive Garden.

No wait, the funniest part is how they just all went home. They all drove home to their pool supply stores in Iowa like nothing happened. And they haven't tried anything like that since unless those anti-trans things outside of Disney world count.

They had no theory at all. They busted their last bit of energy on the capital and left. I think most right wingers wanna pretend it never happened

I think most right wingers wanna pretend it never happened

It took them about a month to even reach a consensus on whether or not it even happened. They were pretty sure that the protestors were paid actors, antifa, a psyop, etc.

I feel so upset that I totally missed Jan 6th while it was happening. Chapo.chat was having a massive struggle session at the time, so I decided to log off for a while. Bad decision considering I avoid all other news sources for my own sanity. I returned days later, totally clueless about what was perhaps the funniest event in American history, worst case of retroactive FOMO in my life
