      If this was in China they'd get widespread coverage for months and enough CIA funding to feed everyone on the planet for the next century

        just imagine what just happened in India, happened in China instead. Indian para military shot and killed around 14 Northeast Indian civilians in Nagaland because they got bad intel and thought the miners were militants. If China was the culprit, we would never hear the end of it in the West.

        I think the framing of the article is supposed to be the bit.

        Although it is also objectively accurate in a way that the lib writer can't fully accept.

    Apparently this is the place in California that voted to fake secede (they choose to not observe state or federal "orders" they don't like) because they were tired of wearing masks. But this vice article is straight wild with phrases like "separatist leaders" "expansionist agenda" and "internecine conflict."
