Maybe, but considering how politically illetrate large portions of the population are I wouldn't be shocked to see a Bernie supporter who also happens to have view that intersect with the right.

This specific guy is just one of the big pharma weirdos that liked Bernie because M4A breaks them up. Basically that weird orb mom overlap of crunchy hippies that are also anti-vax

I've known a few right-libertarians like this. They voted for Bernie in the primary because they wanted healthcare/legal weed and he was an outsider, then voted for Trump and became rabid MAGA supporters when the democrats offered Clinton. Either they were opposed to her personally or to neoliberalism.

There's enough people out there that someone is bound to have that overlap, everyone has a camera, statistically this photo is bound to exist, and all the media has to do is print that and ignore the millions of other non brain wormed people with semi coherent views. At this point propaganda makes itself

    "FREE HEALTHCARE"

"Ok, here's the one bit of free healthcare you'll ever get in your life"

    "WHAT THE FUCK THAT'S TYRANNY"

Electoral politics and ideological consistency don't go hand-in-hand, folks

Only 15%? That’s way up, guess the mandates work

Edit: google shows 73% with one dose and 60% with two doses
