It’s about controlling the narrative. Liberals would rather wait “to hear all the facts” before coming to any conclusion besides “rip to whoever died.” Chuds don’t care what the facts are and want to their spin on it. Now all news from here on out will default to what these people first had to say about it, and by the time we learn that’s not true the news cycle will have already moved on
