            This level of fucking up is like basic lack of ability to operate their equipment.

            Like when you are in a chaotic situation and you ask the person in charge a question and they answer you in a way that shows they aren't even competent enough to understand what your question means, let alone give a satisfactory answer. And the shitstorm continues to blow in the background.
