Somebody please explain to me wtf is a lymph

If you actually want biology help. The lymph is the fluids permeable to blood vessels and tissue (isotonic sugar water) and the lymphatic system tries to collect it and filter it (lymph nodes filter the lymph and is a gathering place for white blood cells to kill bacteria/viruses).
Other thing that might be useful is that as isotonic sugar water, it can be helpful to cells, so inflammation and blisters are collections of lymph to help the tissue with injuries and trauma.
Okay that's fair, so is the spleen just basically a biggass lymph node functionally or am i confused

Imagine there is material you want to move around your body, but you don't have a dedicated muscle for it like the heart. As a result, whatever accumulates in the tubes just stays there until there's a force applied on your body.
Kind of like dumping your recyclable plastic bottles in the alley and hoping the wind takes them where they need to go, only the alley is a well-sealed wind tunnel.
