Here’s an actual example of when the entire world votes to condemn the aggression of a single nation against a neighboring country.

weird how Ukraine abstained from that vote.

Indian social media and reddit seems to actually be heavily on Russia's side of all this - couldn't figure out the politics behind the support, that would need more research/attention than I have to give at the moment (yayyyyy identity crisis).

If anyone has any info on what I'm saying or if I'm totally wrong with my anecdotes feel free to reply lol

Historically the Soviet Union tended to have good relations with India, and when Pakistan was developing good relations with the USA India had to get closer to Russia. Russia is also key in developing India's nuclear energy capabilities. Another part of it could be that India buys a lot of military equipment from Russia, almost all of their tanks are T-72s and T-90s, and a good portion of their air force are MiG-29s and Su-30s.

Soviet Union literally helped when the Bengal Famine happened. The same one that British pig Churchill allowed to happen. The relationship developed better under Khruschev and one of the reason(idk if it's really true) that China was angry at USSR for was their extra help with India. You won't see any Indian shit talk Soviet Union except for the western bootlickers.

Indeed - I really can't accurately describe my perspective on this war without either letting the west off the hook or glorifying it, so just know I sit in between and prefer the west to lose all political/military engagements while the fewest amount of proletarians/oppressed people's suffer/die. That's really the base of it, the problem is figuring out where that sits lol.

China’s position seems best. Push for peace and cooperation, negotiate sovereignty for Ukraine and also security assurances for Russia (cede Crimea and Donbas, no NATO ever, de-Nazify). Oppose all intervention and sanctions.

The more time that goes on, the more I relate to China's chosen path given their situation to work with for the past century. Mandarin is on the list... after a bunch of things 😔

I don’t like that it happened, but now that it did the preferably outcome is a swift and decisive Russian victory and Ukrainians coming to negotiations humbled and willing to take Russia’s concerns seriously.

Absolutely worst case scenario is giving Ukrainians hope, funding insurgency and terror, dragging this out for years, arming civilians, etc. which is all blood psycho shit that will result in millions dead

Has Russia provided as much as China or comparable amounts of aid? I personally wasn't aware, but I need more DPRK facts if I'm missing :(
