It's quite interesting that the recent Ukraine funding - $800 million is equal to the amount of the COVID stimulus payments (all of them). I honestly wonder if there were plans floated for another stimulus round... then they were like "nope; inflation is bad, we're done with COVID, let's not give the poors any more money."
Pretty sure both the amount of COVID relief dropped and the (latest round of) Ukraine "aid" added were around $15B.
