    don't buy in bulk

This is terrible advice. Generally speaking if you can predict what you'll need for the next month or so you'll get savings from buying a huge bag of it, unless it's perishable and you won't finish it before it goes bad of course.

And they recommend lentils, which are one of the best things to buy in bulk if you can to save money.

My friend buys 20kg bags of rice, which can last forever if you need them to. Look for these, he gets his from a local Asian shop

On a totally unrelated note, South carolina just brought back firing squads.

It’s because they can’t buy the lethal injection cocktail from European pharmaceutical providers anymore. They’ve been sourcing the drugs from illicit sources and having untrained prison staff do the injections and many times botching it with horrific and painful consequences.

By this measure, the firing squad is practically humane.

:improve-society: "maybe we just shouldn't let the state murder people then"

"excellent, a market-based solution like 'execution as a service' sounds much better anyway!" :very-intelligent:

yeah tbh I'd rather take the firing squad over even a well done lethal injection. Getting strapped on a table in front of a window and everything... it's too theatrical. Just find a nice wall for me and fire, it's old school too I can LARP that I'm like Joe Hill before I get shot

Libs are brain dead. They will just make more posts at r/antiwork instead of actually doing something.

The title and tweet are outrage bait. The article is about how median income earners spend 3% of their income on gas, and people making between 7-19k spend 9% of their income on gax
