Listening to the guy talk about endangered species and conservation when he had eight years to do anything meaningful about it. It's dealing psychic damage to me in real time.

Lol check out this line from an Obama speech here https://obamawhitehouse.archives.gov/the-press-office/2012/03/22/remarks-president-american-made-energy

Now, under my administration, America is producing more oil today than at any time in the last eight years. (Applause.) That's important to know. Over the last three years, I’ve directed my administration to open up millions of acres for gas and oil exploration across 23 different states. We’re opening up more than 75 percent of our potential oil resources offshore. We’ve quadrupled the number of operating rigs to a record high. We’ve added enough new oil and gas pipeline to encircle the Earth and then some.

I was really interested in the national parks doc until I saw Obama was narrating it. I figured the entire time I'd just be hearing him brag about increasing domestic oil production.

There's a Paul Rudd narrated nature doc about smol animals on AppleTV plus, the friend I'm staying with has it and we've been watching them. It's a nice alternative.

The Ken Burns National Parks series on PBS was bad enough, just straight up thanking monopolists like some Rockefeller and imperialists like Teddy Roosevelt for their slight kindness of getting the parks started. Only a tiny bit of info about how native people were forcibly removed from those lands, especially in California in relatively recent history.
