I guess? I just start having intrusive work thoughts while I'm trying to enjoy my time off. I should get better at walling that shit away.
I just eyeball over the subjects, open anything that seems relevant, then hit mark all as read roughly every 4 days.
Literally just mark them all as read, then get into the habit of reading new emails the day they come in.
