I love Sambo. It's got the pace and flow of wrestling with the big jacket throws of judo. It's fun as hell to watch and just as good for self defense. Just look at Khabib, I mean, fuck.

Sanda is also dope. It's another socialist state created martial art that mixes kickboxing with he standup half of wrestling. Which makes it have the highest volume of throws for any martial art and is imo the most spectator friendly combat sport. It also does the king fu movie thing where people fight on a raised platform and get points for throwing each other off it.
