I have no idea what's going on in Adam's brain. If's he's sane - he's saying it only to juice his profile. If he's not sane - he might actually think he could be on the 2024 ticket.

He certainly is not. Unless he can't for health reasons - he's 100% going to run again in 2024. I see him as a delusional, broken old man who has a brainpan filled with rancid clam chowder. And he thinks he can "save" America. We are so fucked.
