    It's how they don't say they word "starvation." I got into an argument on reddit about how Cuba handles food insecurity better than the US and they said that starvation doesn't happen to children in the US, only murder because those parents are choosing to let the child starve. Choosing to let the child starve.

      There is this girl at work that wont talk to me because I said native communities don't have food insecurity we are just refusing to give them food and she just assumed I meant that natives have lots of food.

      It's amazing the degree to which if you don't follow the liberal discourse to the letter people just assume you are a chud.

      The reason is that, other than the hundreds of US/euro embargoes, Cuba also has 3x the population density of the US.

      That's it, has nothing to do with the US "handling it better".

        My point is that they manage to feed their citizens better than we do, and a lot of their food is produced with polyculture urban gardening. It's pretty extraordinary.

          Yeah they manage themselves 100x better than we do, but we have 1000x more resources so people are unable to see reality
