Biden sounds like a lying, uncaring liberal mayor of a midsized city who wants his constituents to think he cares so he tweets "Something must be done!" at the president.

I think Biden's entire reason for being president was that he wanted the pomp and circumstance of being president. And that's it. In that way he's exactly like Trump. He doen't want to make any effort at all to do anything other than get Ukraine 10s of billions of dollars of more money so their proxy war can damage the Russkies.

Biden wants bills to fly into the White House and land on Resolute Desk. Then he can have a big signing ceremony where he can sign the fucking thing with a big pen and then hand out more big pens to all the high ranking pols and important people in the room.

Obama was pretty similar, he would give any amount to corporations and sign off on any military operations that would allow him to give more big speeches and attend fancy dinners

Trump wanted to watch himself be president on TV. Obama wanted to write memoirs about being president. Biden is definitely watching himself be president on TV but I don't think he knows he's the same guy.

I think he just got talked into it, and then forgot about it 5 seconds later

Biden is in the Presidential Toilet adjoining the Oval Office. He screams out "Who used up all the toilet paper!" Then he realizes nobody can hear him so he picks up the phone next to the toilet and he yells into it...

"Who used up all the toilet paper!"

      "Are both rolls empty, sir?"

      "There are two rolls?"

      "Yes. Always."

"But... Okay. But fill the second one - it's not presidential." And he hangs up in a confused, senile huff.

      Meanwhile back in the office...

"How does he use up a single roll every single morning. What is he doing in there?"

"One, I do not know. Two, I do not want to know."

To be fair, Biden is a parody of every liberal leader - racist, senile, a supporter of capital, and seeking anyone else to do his job for him so he can just watch and shake his head.

It's too bad this is the first mass shooting during which Biden has had political power. Think of the change he could've enacted if he had been a politician during the others

Twitter is really great for Biden and for us. He gets a medium well-suited to his 100% lack of charisma and near total inability to give a good speech. And after he tweets - we dunk. The joke is prepackaged and ready to use.

Also shout out to subtweeting Obama. Or is he because he doesn’t imagine the President of having the power to do anything so maybe he doesn’t even think it’s Obama’s fault

In a coincidence I read these comments at reddit a minute before I saw your comment. They were in in a thread for "Joe Manchin missed a furious call from Biden after sinking his $2 trillion spending bill on live TV and turning his phone off".

As shit as he is, Manchin caucusing with the Dems at least ensures that we can get judges and other appointments through. If he caucused with the Republicans, we never would have gotten Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson or hundreds of other judges, and never would have progressed to floor debate on numerous bills. Electing more democrats in other seats is the key. Make it so it doesn’t matter if Manchin is a Republican or a Democrat.

      This is the way.

Other people in that thread are saying similar stuff. Because of this year's elections - the libs are now in their instinctive "we gotta vote" mode. And they can't even bring themselves to say Manchin is garbage. And their arguments don't even make sense.

"If he caucused with the Republicans... we never would have progressed to floor debate on numerous bills."???

So fucking what. Debating bills isn't power. It's fucking debate club power pretend cosplay.

I swear liberals pray and plead to some imaginary liberal god to fix things. Even the president does it.
